Gedankenchaos, Einsamkeit und Sehnsucht

Mir geht es gut, aber ich fühl mich nicht vollkommen glücklich zur Zeit. Irgendwas ist leer, irgendwas ist nicht komplett.
Ich glaube, dass es der zwischenmenschliche Kontakt ist, der mir fehlt. Mir fehlen Berührungen, Umarmungen, Zuneigung, Nähe. Es muss nicht mal mehr Sex sein, es würden ein paar Umarmungen am Tag reichen. Ich denke an die Menschen, die mir das geben können. Sie sind da. Nur halt 9.000km weit weg.
Vielleicht ist es Zeit, zurück zu gehen. Vielleicht ist es das, was ich brauche. Ein festes Datum, von dem ich weiß, dass ich auf dem Weg zurück bin.
Ich habe ja Zeit, aber irgendwie klingt inzwischen so ein Flug, durch den ich innerhalb von 2 Tagen einfach wieder zuhause bin ziemlich verlockend.
Ich hab auch Daten. Ich weiß, dass ich am 12.04.2020, in weniger als 3 Monaten nicht mehr in Vietnam sein kann, sein werde.
Es steht die Idee im Raum danach noch mit Gin zusammen nach Indonesien zu gehen, für einen Monat, von da aus könnte ich dann ja heim. Aber irgendwie sagt mein Gefühl momentan, dass es Zeit ist nach Vietnam heim zu gehen. Ist das mein Gefühl oder die Idee, die sich schon so fest in meinen Kopf eingenistet hat?
Ich weiß es nicht, ich weiß nur, dass ich mich sehnlichst auf mein Leben zurück in Deutschland freue.
Ich freue mich auf die Menschen, auf die Umarmungen, die Möglichkeiten, meine Pläne umzusetzen, die Zukunft.
Ich glaube, das ist Heimweh. Und ich glaube, dass es okay ist dieses Gefühl nach 4 Monaten zu spüren.
3 Monate hören sich jetzt noch verdammt lang an, aber eigentlich bin ich mir sicher dass sie sehr schnell vorbei gehen.
Ich tu mir schwer mich festzulegen, zum Beispiel einen Flug zu buchen, aber ich glaube gerade wäre das die Sicherheit die ich bräuchte.
